This article is about the specialist trooper, it's not to be confused with the Biker Advanced Recon Commando.
Advanced Recon Commandos are specialist troopers that are used for missions involving standard troopers. For dangerous missions, they use Republic Commandos.
History[]
ARC Troopers were clones bred for elite missions and/or command of a legion. ARC Troopers not only went through normal clone training, but as well as special training. Like all Clone, they were bred on Kamino. ARC Troopers wore various colors on their armor.

- Phase I ARC Troopers wear standard armor with special attachments on their helmets and a pauldron and kama.
- Experimental Phase II ARC Troopers wear standard Phase I armor with extra armor over it along with a Phase I-II cross helmet, a double shoulder pauldron, and a customized kama.
- Phase II ARC Troopers in the movies are missing the extra plating and use a Phase I pauldron and kama.
